Meet the Management Team

Benny holds an MSc in Computer Science with a specialization in signal theory and processing. He brings a wealth of global leadership experience from renowned technology companies including Cisco, Tandberg, Unit4, Wipro, and Cognizant. Throughout his career, Benny has played a key role in driving innovation and scaling Norwegian tech ventures, helping transform traditional consultancy and hardware businesses into modern Cloud and SaaS-driven organizations.

With a strong strategic mindset and hands-on leadership style, Benny is passionate about building collaborative teams and enabling growth.

Niels holds an MSc in International Management/CEMS from Rotterdam School of Management and Copenhagen Business School. He has extensive international experience in corporate strategy, finance, and business transformation, developed through more than ten years of advising senior executives across industrial, infrastructure and technology sectors.

Prior to joining Kontur as Chief Financial Officer, Niels was a Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he led strategic and operational transformation programs for Nordic and multinational companies. His expertise spans growth strategy, financial performance, organizational development, and value creation. At Kontur, he is focused on supporting the company's continued growth and building a scalable financial platform for the future.

Erik has an MSc in Mechanical Engineering. Before joining Kontur, he was a General Manager in OCAS A/S and in Vestas Radar Systems, a subsidiary of Vestas Wind Systems, the worlds largest manufacturer of wind turbines.

Erik is an experienced leader of technology development companies, and have brought several products from idea to commercialised solutions.

Örjan holds a BSc in Engineering from Kristianstad University and brings more than 25 years of international experience from technology-driven businesses. He started his career with Ericsson Mobile Phones and has since held senior leadership positions, including CEO, Managing Director and Group COO, at companies including MCD and NORBIT.

His experience spans technology and product development, IoT and connectivity, innovation and international business development, with a strong track record of building teams and scaling businesses. At Kontur, Örjan is responsible for technology and product development, supporting the company’s continued growth.

Jacopo has an MSc in Engineering of Telecommunications specializing in numerical signal processing, remote sensing, and geophysical methods.

He joined 3D-Radar in 2008, initially as Field Application Engineer. An established GPR expert, he’s authored and co-authored various scientific papers, articles and books on near-surface geophysics, with particular focus on step-frequency technology and array-based systems.

Inger Helene has a MSc in Engineering of Telecommunications. She has a broad experience from the seismic industry and from electronics manufacturing. Inger Helene has held positions which includes key account management in Simpro, one of the leading EMS providers in Norway, and geophysical support specialist in Seabed Geosolution, a major player in the industry of ocean bottom seismic.
